Shipping policy

SHIRT SPARK STUDIO currently ships to delivery addresses accepted at checkout within the United States. Standard shipping is free for all accepted U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Order cutoff
Our business-day order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
Transit and total delivery estimate
Estimated transit time after dispatch is 3-5 business days. The total estimated delivery time is therefore 4-7 business days, including processing. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Carrier delays, severe weather, address problems, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout after the carrier receives the shipment. Tracking scans may take time to update.
Address changes
Contact support@shirtsparkstudio.com before shipment to request an address change. After shipment, we cannot guarantee redirection. Customers are responsible for submitting a complete and accurate delivery address, but we will assist when possible.
Lost or delivered-but-not-found packages
If tracking stops updating, or shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery area and household members, then contact us. We will review tracking information and work with the carrier. A replacement or refund is provided when supported by the investigation and applicable law.
Shipping origin
Orders are fulfilled for delivery within the United States. The specific fulfillment location may depend on inventory and order routing. A registered business address should not be treated as a warehouse or return location unless we expressly confirm it.
