Where do you ship?
We ship to delivery addresses accepted at checkout within the United States.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free for accepted U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase.
When is the order cutoff?
The business-day cutoff is 2:00 p.m. ET, Monday-Friday.
How long will delivery take?
Processing normally takes 1-2 business days and transit normally takes 3-5 business days. Total estimated delivery is 4-7 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact support@shirtsparkstudio.com before shipment. Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled or changed.
Can I change my delivery address?
You may request an address change before shipment by contacting us. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins and cannot be completed after shipment.
What is the return window?
Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Authorization is required and the return must be handed to the designated carrier within 14 calendar days after authorization.
Do I need the original packaging?
No. Reasonable opening and try-on inspection are allowed, but returned products must not show wear beyond reasonable inspection and must not be washed, altered, stained, or damaged.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No.
Who pays return or exchange shipping?
We cover authorized return and exchange shipping costs.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, subject to availability. Contact us within the return window.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks may need another 3-10 business days to post the credit.
What if my item is damaged, missing, or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery with your order number and supporting details.
Do you sell custom or final-sale products?
We do not currently sell customized products or designate products as final sale.
