Placing an order
Please provide complete and accurate contact, billing, payment, and delivery information.
After an order is submitted, an order-confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during checkout.
An order is accepted after payment authorization and order confirmation.
Order cancellations
An order is canceled when:

If payment has been collected for a canceled order, SHIRT SPARK STUDIO issues a full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Customer-requested cancellations and changes
To request a cancellation, product change, quantity change, or delivery-address change, please contact SHIRT SPARK STUDIO before the order ships.
After shipment, SHIRT SPARK STUDIO will request a FedEx shipment interception.
If FedEx completes the interception, SHIRT SPARK STUDIO pays the interception fee and refunds the canceled item or order to the original payment method.
If interception is unavailable, please receive the package and contact us for authorized return instructions and a prepaid FedEx return label.
