These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from SHIRT SPARK STUDIO, operated by SHIRT SPARK LLC.
Product information
The product page identifies the product, available variants, price, and other relevant details. Please review sizing and product information before ordering. We do not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Payment authorization is requested when the order is submitted, and charges are handled through the selected payment provider.
Order acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing error, or an undeliverable address. If payment has been captured for an order we cancel, it will be refunded to the original payment method.
Order changes and cancellation
Contact support@shirtsparkstudio.com to request cancellation, an address change, or another modification before shipment. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Delivery
Processing normally takes 1-2 business days. Transit normally takes 3-5 business days, for a total estimate of 4-7 business days. The cutoff is 2:00 p.m. ET on business days. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays. Standard shipping is free for accepted U.S. orders.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Eligible return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Authorization is required, and authorized returns must be handed to the designated carrier within 14 calendar days. We pay authorized return and exchange shipping, charge no restocking fee, and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Financial institutions may require another 3-10 business days.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
