This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from SHIRT SPARK STUDIO, operated by SHIRT SPARK LLC.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To start a return, email support@shirtsparkstudio.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. Return authorization is required before any item is sent back. We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.
Return condition
Reasonable opening and try-on inspection are permitted. Proof of purchase or the order number is required.
Return shipment
After authorization, the return must be handed to the designated carrier within 14 calendar days. We cover authorized return shipping costs and will provide instructions or a prepaid return label. Do not send a return to the registered business address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges, subject to availability. Contact us within the 30-day return window. We cover authorized return and exchange shipping costs. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue an eligible refund to the original payment method.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Contact support@shirtsparkstudio.com within 7 calendar days after delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable. We will review the report and provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund solution.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3-10 business days to post the credit. Original standard shipping was free. No restocking fee is charged.
Final sale and personalized products
We currently do not designate products as final sale and do not sell customized or personalized products.
Cancellations and order changes
You may request cancellation, an address change, or another order change by contacting us before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified and must be handled through the return process after delivery.
